Pre-Freeze Fruits

Prepping veggies and fruits ahead of time is the the easiest way to add them to your day.

Slice and pre-freeze bananas or berries, and then store them in a freezer bag.  If you pre-freeze them, then they won’t stick together in your freezer bag!

Now you can add them to your favorite shake!
