What I Ate Wednesday #23 {Test Day!}


Hey WIAW fans!  I have news!  I’m officially an NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  After studying for the last 2 months, I passed my exam!  I’m excited to take on new clients and help people achieve their health and fitness goals.  To celebrate, I ate a very healthy donut. Lol


Here’s what I ate {on test day}:


1. Blueberries are in season and only $1 a pint!  I added some to my protein pancake. Delicious.
2. If you’re in Memphis, you HAVE to try a Gibson’s donut.  O. M. G.
3. Salads are my new “thing.” I enjoy a good restaurant salad with grilled fish or chicken, but hodgepodge DIY salads are good too.
